Love this app! They make it easy to attach files to your listings and I have not had one issue with Filemonk. Easy to use, easy to understand and easy to get started. Just what I needed. Very happy for over a year and I am selling a ton of files, thanks in part to them :)

This app is a great add on to work in conjunction with the Blockify Fraud Filter, Blocker. Easy to set up and with the help of Louis, we created a rule that should hopefully stop the bots creating abandon carts en masse. A ton of options with this app so you can set it up to really help the protection you need. I am glad that Louis from Blockify suggested using it bc I wouldn't not have known that this was such a great option. It really helps bring peace of mind and will be applicable on a few levels. The support from Blockify has been stellar. This team has gone above and beyond in helping me deal with the bots that are constantly causing problems. I am not very techy and had concerns about the changes needed to keep my website safe and secure. Louis walked me thru the entire process w patience and efficiency. Lots of options with this app so you can customize based on the needs of your shoppe and try out many different ways to provide yourself w the protection you need. We had to make a few changes and tweak some things as we went bc the road to blocking bots isn't always clear but he had answers and solutions for me along the way as we problem solved. Honestly, I am very impressed with the team. Quick response time and they aren't in a hurry to end the chat. They take their time and help to problem solve the never ending saga of bots creating abandoned checkouts. First, the support from the team at Armex has been stellar. This team has gone above and beyond in helping me stop the bots that were constantly causing problems for me. After months of issues, I am bot free thanks to the team here at Armex. I am not very techy and had concerns about the changes needed to keep my website safe and secure. I really don't understand how this all works and I was worried I would make mistakes and create a bigger mess. Ashley walked me thru the process step by step and explained everything in a very clear and concise manner that I could easily understand. The DNS changes weren't as hard as I feared and the whole process was actually quite easy once I knew what steps to take. She provided me with screen shots of what steps to take with instructions that were easy for me to understand and carry out. The team took the time to address my many, many questions and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing or understanding how this whole process works. These guys gave me top notch and excellent customer service. I had questions and they responded in a timely manner and in great detail. The app is easy to install and understand.
