When I absolutely could not figure out the solution to a problem, I hopped on a Customer Support chat and Tasmin fixed it in no time. Very good experience with the app and Customer Support.
So far, so good. I've been working with it for less than 24 hours and my sample orders are already on their way to me! Added products to Shopify and integrated it pretty easily. Only problem was getting the shipping profiles correctly synced for free shipping. Think I have it figured out now, fingers crossed.
