I originally left a negative review because the app was not working properly with my Shopify metafields that use predefined list values, which made it unreliable for my store. After I reached out, the developer was extremely responsive, took the issue seriously, and actually updated the app to support my metafield setup. That level of support is rare and genuinely appreciated. I’m very happy to see that the issue was addressed instead of being ignored. It made me want to update my review, because the support was excellent and the developer clearly cares about improving the app based on real store needs.
