Onboarding was really easy. Our visitors get their presale questions answered (and I can see which questions were asked/answered), even after hours when a teammate isn't there to respond. That helps our sales reach. Our analytics dashboard is clear to review, and shows the lift in conversion rate too, so it's easy to track the impact. Quite happy tbh.
