Bougie Napa

As a boutique candle store, our biggest challenge has always been the inability for our customers to experience our fragrances digitally. Partnering with microcommerce.ai has been a game changer. Renaming our AI assistant to our "Scent Concierge" is truly the next best thing to being in-store. It guides our customers through our scent profiles with remarkable accuracy. Beyond the customer experience, the back end analytics are invaluable. The tool groups inquires into clear categories, allowing us to identify trending scent demands and area for improvement. It has moved the needle from guessing what our customers want to knowing exactly what they need. An excellent product that I highly recommend.
