The Icona app has been a great addition to our store. Some of the sizing of the earrings didn't make sense, but reaching out to the team for assistance solved the issues we had.
Love this app! The templates are fairly easy to customize and with the Mothers Day holiday approaching, we are already seeing hints being sent out! I would also like to recognize Stan from Appsolute for responding to my many inquiries and questions about issues I was having with the initial setup. The support team is very responsive and that is such a big deal when integrating a new application on your website, so thank you!
Nagaraj is such a helpful support team member! We were having an issue with our theme + button and it was fixed within 5 mins of chatting the team. This app is so useful, the support is great and it helps us keep + bring in so much revenue we would miss. very thankful!
