The app doesn't track the correct revenue, it sends duplicate purchase events to Facebook each time the user reloads the order confirmation page, and it does not send deduplicating information to Facebook. The support is absolutely useless, I have been in contact with the special Meta support for this app, and they keep asking me to check - the pixel setup (which by the way is managed by the app) and/or - referring me back to Shopify to ensure the app is installed correctly (Shopify were the ones who referred me to Meta).
