Creative Things Studio

I recently integrated the "Judge.me" app into my Shopify store to manage customer reviews, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. This app is fantastic! Firstly, importing reviews via CSV is incredibly straightforward and efficient, making it easy to bring in reviews from other platforms seamlessly. The interface is user-friendly, which means you can get everything set up without any hassle. What truly sets "Judge.me" apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. I needed some customization for the plugin to better fit my shop's layout and style, so I reached out for assistance. To my delight, they responded within just 2 minutes! The support team was not only prompt but also highly knowledgeable and efficient. Within 10 minutes, all my customization requests were addressed and implemented perfectly. I highly recommend this app for any Shopify store owner looking to enhance their review management system. The ease of use, combined with stellar customer service, makes it a must-have tool.
