Very easy to deal with, I needed reviews added to my product collection. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Very happy!
Amy is very quick to respond, very helpful and was able to communicate with me well. Development team was not working at the time of my enquiry but she did inform me of this, and was able to prioritise my problem with the team first.
