I recently implemented OneLoyalty, and the setup process was smooth and straightforward. Whenever I had questions, the support team responded quickly and helpfully. Since my store is bilingual (Arabic/English), I was pleased to see that the customer-facing widget already includes translations. While the translation isn’t perfect and lacks proper RTL support, it’s still functional. I’m confident future updates will improve this even further. At the moment, I’m on the free plan, but I’m planning to upgrade to the Growth Plan soon. Overall, highly recommended! Special thanks to Zoey and Rosie

Installation and configuration were straightforward, making the setup process smooth. I only encountered some difficulty enabling the multi-language interface, but the support team responded quickly and guided me to the settings location. Exteamly helpful app to generate those report and summary reports you need on a daily bases. The app is easy to use and includes very nice features. The team are super responsive and eager to make the app even better. Rating wise, I think the app in its current state is a 4, but I am rating it 5 simply because they are responsive and even added a new feature quickly based on my request.
