I'm better off running ads on my business manager outside of the shopify channel. I can do both IG and FB at once.

Thank you for your feedback! When you create and ad through Facebook Channel, Facebook automatically determines the best placement for the ad across its audience network. So, your ads may show on other platforms, including Instagram. I will be sending you an email shortly to learn more about your marketing goals. -Emily, Shopify Support
