Horrible - I have been trying to connect this app for months. It is a constant problem, and even with assistance from Facebook support I cannot get it to install and synch properly to the products I assign to the Facebook catalogue. A total nightmare, no proper documentation of how to install and definitely not easy. They also now have 2 apps - Facebook + Facebook Shops, very confusing and neither of them work! They need to fix this!

We're in a bit of a transition period since the announcement of the new Facebook Shops feature (coming soon), so my apologies for any confusion between the two apps.
