Alert! Alert !, if you use this application you could lose your facebook account. I need help urgently please, my facebook account has been blocked without reason, because of this app. I am not the first to happen, if I had read the comments I would never have used it :(, I have invested more than $ 3,000 in my facebook store, and now I can lose all that money :(

Hi, there. It sounds like Facebook has blocked your account. As Shopify has no control over which accounts Facebook chooses to allow or not allow on the platform, this wouldn't be due to the Facebook Marketing app itself. Rather, when you used the app it's possible that your content flagged something that Facebook considers to be against their policies. If your account is disabled, I'd suggest that you submit an appeal to Facebook. You'll first want to double check that your account is following all of their terms, and if you are then you can request a review of that decision.
