Der Wechsel zu Pathway war eine ausgezeichnete Entscheidung für unser Unternehmen. Die Integration in unsere Systeme hat unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse erheblich beschleunigt und vereinfacht. Besonders die Möglichkeit, alle Transaktionsdaten zuverlässig zu übertragen, hat unsere Arbeitsabläufe optimiert und die Genauigkeit unserer Daten deutlich verbessert. Dies hat insbesondere bei den Verkäufen auf Amazon, die früher unseren Steuerberater vor Herausforderungen gestellt haben, zu einer spürbaren Erleichterung geführt. Der Support durch das Pathway-Team ist herausragend und immer schnell erreichbar. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich mir eine intuitivere und verständlichere Benutzeroberfläche sowie eine direkte API-Übertragung zu DATEV wünschen, um die Nutzungserfahrung noch weiter zu optimieren.
