We're tech novices and were going round in circles with the troubleshooting advice. Thankfully once we engaged with it Chatbot led us pretty quickly to help from a human. Straightforward process from our end to get the issue resolved. Hopefully it will be plain sailing going forward but feel confident in the help given if there are any glitches.
