I have tried quite a few different review apps and this is by far the best! I had trouble with importing my reviews from Etsy and needed customer assistance. After sending a help request I received a very prompt and helpful response through email. As I was working on figuring out the CSV file configuration, I received a very helpful pop-up message asking if I needed any help, and if I needed to I can submit my file for further assistance. This app has Amazing Customer assistance!! I After setting up this app I can say I am extremely happy with it, & can't wait to see how it helps our site grow. Will definitely be planning on upgrading to the paid version in the future.
