We've been very happy with NavonaAI. As a small business, it's hard to see shoppers add products to their cart and then disappear at the last minute. NavonaAI has helped us recover some of those sales over the past few months. Setting up the app was simple, it blends nicely with our store, and it feels much less intrusive than some of the other conversion tools we've tried.
