This is a great app. It wasn't quite displaying how I would of liked so I contacted them and they had it sorted very quickly.

This app is outstanding and offers exceptional value for money by significantly reducing the time spent responding to messages. eDesk streamlines customer service, making it far more efficient and manageable. I can’t imagine how we would operate without it.

Seems like a good app. So far so good. I contacted customer service and the chat was really quick to respond both times I asked for help. Christos was very knowledgeable, helpfull and pleasant.
I was researching what app to use for reviews and this was the best value that did everything we needed. The team are extremely helpful and the app is very affective at collecting reviews. I would highly recommend trying this app out.

Excellent app. Really helped us with some of our products so they can add comments to the order. I would highly recommend.
Everything done well from beginning to end. Customer service (Andy Dang and Travis Pham) was amazing. Always there to help and answer questions. I liked the fact you could be in direct contact through WhatsApp and they always responded quickly. They made a very difficult job easy. Thank you.
