We have been using one version or another of AI since 2020 and we have found that Rosie is the best. Other apps that can do similar functions, such as what Rosie can provide, were priced hundreds or thousands of dollars a month more. We have her handling all incoming calls and with a few minor adjustments in the very beginning, she has been flawless. We also integrated her with our Shopify store, and she is able to look up orders and provide tracking information as well as order status, whether an order is still processing or has shipped or has been delivered, she can provide that information. Amazingly, she can even recap a phone call and place a note on the Shopify order so you can see exactly what Rosie discussed with the customer. It is one of the few apps that can not only answer calls but can text appropriate links and product information taken directly from your Shopify store during the phone call, when a client or customer calls in. We highly recommend Rosie for your call handling needs and linking it to your Shopify store.

This app is exactly what we were looking for. We offer payment terms to select customers that have been approved in advance. We didn't want the payment invoice option to show for every customer as we had occasions where a customer would select this payment option that wasn't preapproved. Now we just tag the customer for payment invoice and they have the option at checkout. We can just as easily revoke their payment invoice privileges by untagging them and they will be forced to pay at checkout.

Great app to block problem customers and/or problem areas. Over the years we have had some unsavory characters visit our website either trying to inject malicious scripts or trying to commit fraudulent activity. Lately, in Shopify, we've had a few customers that just like placing orders and then either cancel or not following through with payment. This can cost a small fortune in merchant fees as well as time and aggravation. With the Blocky app, we were able to not just cancel orders but prevent them from happening in the first place. Highly recommended!!!

We wouldn't be able to operate on Shopify without this app. There were a few things that didn't work "out of the box" and Mageworx had everything fixed within 24 hours of placing a support request. You also need to set up a product rule not to display the duplicates that the app creates, but once that's done, it works like a charm.
