The technical support team is shockingly swift in replies and technical guidance. For users/customers like me, who always feel distanced because 1)I know nothing about computer coding, 2) there is no way to reach most online offices now via a phone call, judge.me technical team is able to respond promptly to my queries in times of distress: ROUND THE CLOCK. I emailed them a few times between Singapore time 11am - 2pm, and Andrew responded. I emailed them again between 4pm to 8pm, and Fatima responded. Very heartening to see such swift replies to help me. It is so scary for me, but they helped me promptly every time. Thank you Andrew and Fatima!!!!
