I just installed the app and the chat window popped up and a nice lady offered to help me set it up (free of charge). I was surprised but figured why not. It was an easy process. I love a customer service like that. No waiting on hold for hours to get a live agent, no small talk with the person on the other end of the phone, just simple messages, straight to the point. Excellent! Now I just have to wait for my buyers to start leaving reviews :)
