Update! I started out on the free plan, but quickly saw that having a more robust program was needed to really grow my business the way I need to so I decided to go for the paid account. The price is very reasonable compared to others and so far, it is totally worth it! I love having all of the customization options and email marketing to help me get those reviews. And having a verified review program is important to weed out the fake players in the market, esp. if you are internet based. Customer service is super responsive too which I appreciate. So far I really like it. Customer service is top notch too. They hit me up as soon as I signed up to get me going which I appreciated! It seems pretty intuitive so far too.
