I just switched to Judge.me from RIVO. Already love this app so much more. It was quick and easy to import my reviews from the old app and the user experience is so much better. I love the customization options AND I had a minor issue with some of the review widgets displaying. I quickly chatted their support team and they addressed/fixed the issue RIGHT AWAY. I upgraded to the AWESOME plan because I believe their service and product quality is definitely worth the price.
