Such great customer service! they are really helpful & were able to answer all of my questions. the app offers many features, such as uploading photos and videos in the reviews as well. which is great! however, i'd like to maybe have a few more customization options for the free plan as well. now you can't customize anything in the email at all. just being able to change the main color (for buttons, headers, etc.) would be a great add-on for the free plan i think ;) Thanks for your great work!
