When the app is working properly, I really like its functionality. However, I’ve experienced multiple instances where the search stopped working without notice, and I’ve had to contact customer support for manual reinstalls or other fixes related to updates. My concern is that this has become a pattern, and I simply don’t have the time to continually monitor my search functionality or troubleshoot issues when they arise. My online store is not my only business obligation, and I need the tools I rely on to be consistently reliable.
