The App itself is incredibly straightforward to use and the Support has been first class. I originally brought in this tool to help with NPS on our Shopify checkout flow, but I am now looking for more ways to use surveys to gain valuable insight and VoC. I have used Zuko before when I worked agency-side and it was always incredibly useful. I recently moved to an in-house role and one of the first tools I installed was Zuko. It is ridiculously easy to install. Start collecting data straight away - with no real tweaks or adjustments. And, provides me with daily/weekly feedback on how many visitors are getting to our basket, starting the checkout process (or not) and what errors are happening to those using our forms.
