Customer support answered all our questions quickly and assured us as what to expect when we start using the app once our store opens.

So far so good. We were launching our annual new line-up of plants and wanted to incorporate a Wishlist. We did have an initial issue with the set-up but it was fixed in a very responsive manner. Once we launched, using the free version, it lasted for 15 minutes at which point we reached 100 people and were able to easily activate the paid version.
