I am beyond thrilled with Giles and the team's customer service. They were able to promptly resolve the issue I was having and appreciate the update and confirmation for me to check the solution on my end.
Has potential but right now it does not know what it wants to be. If it truely want to be a procurement tracker much work needs done.
This is a great app. It is simple and does what it is supposed to. Customer support is fantastic too...I put in a feature request and it was added within under 48 hours.
This is easily the best Pre-Order app on Shopify (trust me, I have tried them all). The service is fantastic too!

This app is seriously one of a kind. It works so smoothly and really helps customers understand where their order is for items that are on backorder. The customer service has also been incredible including make some minor tweaks to make it work for me. Thanks again!
