MiMi has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify setup. We needed a cleaner way to handle inventory counts—especially for products like our fudge, where inventory can change constantly throughout the day—and MiMi has made that process incredibly straightforward. Being able to perform stock takes directly from Shopify POS is a huge advantage for us. Our staff can count inventory where they're actually working, and once the count is completed, the updated quantities flow back into Shopify. For our setup, those inventory numbers also control product availability and collections on our website, so MiMi has become an important part of the whole workflow. The app is thoughtfully designed, easy to understand, and has plenty of controls for deciding what staff can do from the POS. Just as impressive has been the support. Malik has been extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure MiMi works for the way our business operates. That kind of personal support is increasingly rare. We're very grateful to Malik for giving Sweet Palooza access to MiMi, but even setting that generosity aside, this is an app we're happy to recommend. MIMI has been fantastic to work with. We ran into a specific issue with our Shopify POS setup that our store needed to handle differently, and their support team responded incredibly quickly. What really impressed us was that they didn’t just send us a generic support response or tell us there was no way to do it. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish, understood the problem, and actually added new functionality to the app specifically to make our workflow work. Thank you, Robin that's a generous thing to write, and I'm glad opening day went smoothly. For anyone reading with the same problem: Sweet Palooza needed a reduced food tax rate on weighed candy at the register, and Shopify POS doesn't let an app set a tax rate on a weighed line. We found a way around it, and it's now a setting you can switch on per product or on a product group, so a shop with ninety reduced-rate items sets it once. If something about your shop doesn't fit how the app works, tell me. That's usually where the next feature comes from.
