Registration, approval, certificates and claims all work programmatically, which is why we picked it. Repair and shipment tracking made the claims side properly usable. Main gaps: no API to edit or delete shipments and work orders, and one unannounced form change broke our integration. Support is responsive. Solid if you want warranty handled as a system rather than manually.
