After you install it and setup with lots of steps which don't even work properly, you get blocked by a prompt wall in which they force you to book a demo in order to start using the app. In my opinion, this is a bad business model, since I maybe know how to use their platform or I just don't want a demo forced upon me.
Great app, lots of features, lots to learn, amazing help via chat! Kudos to Lang for being supportive and showing me some how-tos and helping in understanding better on how the app works and why I get x and y results!
