I am not tech savvy by any means, however this app is pretty intuitive and easy to get started. When I did run into some challenges I used the Chat feature which was actually helpful… not a bot but a human… named Awais! He suggested a google meet and he walked me through the process of setting up my jewelry tag template! So helpful!
