Unjustified hidden charges for an unused app! They charged me £160+ every month for 6 months automatically. I NEVER even set up or used the app—the dashboard remains completely disconnected. Zero pricing transparency and terrible support. I am demanding a full refund and reporting this to Shopify. Stay away!

Hi JAY Clothing Supply, We understand your concern, but the charges were not hidden.Our records show the app has been installed and active since October 2025. Since the subscription continued for this period, we’re unclear why the charges are only being disputed now. Billing statements and app charges are visible on the merchant’s Shopify account, so only the store owner or authorized users can regularly review them. Since the subscription remained installed for six months, the charges continued during that period. upon checking and reviewing your shop - clearly report shows you used our site long enough.
