I like how Wavize makes the store feel more interactive. Instead of customers simply browsing products, they can actually communicate with the shopping assistant and get guidance based on what they need. It is a useful way to improve the customer journey!

I have been testing this app on my Shopify store and really like the idea. It makes product discovery feel much easier and more natural for customers. So far, the experience has been smooth, and I am looking forward to seeing how it performs with more traffic!
