Having separate alerts for each location has saved me from chasing people down for updates. The scheduled reports are handy too, especially when I want a quick idea of what needs attention before Monday.

Genuinely one of the better calls I've made for the shop this year! The automatic tagging saves me so much clicking around. I've got Hide out of stock tagging by supplier location and my collections basically build themselves now. Wish I'd found it a year ago.

I’ve been working on our product listings for SEO for a while, so I was curious about the AI side of things. This makes it easy to see how our products are performing for different prompts and where we need to improve. The interface could be a little simpler, but the data is helpful.

Managing larger orders has become much easier since we started using this. The weight limits are probably the feature we use most, and the cart notifications give customers a chance to fix an issue before they get all the way to checkout.

We’ve been trying a few different product page layouts, and it’s been useful to actually see how each version performs. The reporting is probably what I use most since I can quickly see what changed and whether it made a difference. We were also able to set everything up without asking our developer for help. I wouldn’t mind having more options for customizing the reports, but overall it’s been a really useful addition.
