Honestly didn't expect much since our catalog is pretty small, but ShopGenie's been more useful than I thought. The policy answers feature alone has cut down a good chunk of the "where's my order" and "what's your return policy" messages we used to get. Order tracking built in is a nice touch too. Easy setup, does what it says.

Really glad to hear this, especially since small-catalog stores are exactly who we worry might not get as much value.
