I recently contacted the Dibs support team, and I had a great experience. Akshya was very helpful, patient, and quick to understand my requirements. The support was clear and professional, and I really appreciated the guidance throughout the setup. I also really like the Dibs app, especially the backorder feature and the other preorder-related options. The features are easy to understand and very useful for managing preorders and backorders.
