I launched my business only a few months ago and I’m still a small team. I’ve tried other Shopify analytics tools, but I would usually end up with more numbers and still have the same questions/confusion. now, I can actually see things like: are my sales coming from new customers or people coming back? Are customers making it to a second or third order? When sales spike on a certain day, was it because of new customers or repeat ones? and does it line up with what i was doing with my ads and content? After ad spend, product costs and expenses, what am I actually making? I can track daily performance, customer behavior, ad spend, costs and profit in one place and actually connect the dots. It’s so easy to use, but at the same time goes into way more detail than I expected. Genuinely one of the most useful tools I’ve added so far!
