A really useful addition to our store. Customers seem to enjoy the interactive games, and it makes the signup process feel more natural.
AiRep24 was easy to set up, and I like that the assistant builds its knowledge from our store content instead of making us write every answer from scratch. It can answer questions about our products and policies, and we can update its knowledge as the store changes. It feels much more useful than a basic chatbot with a fixed script.
We turned it on for a test and kept it. The product Q&A alone is worth it
