Sami Product Labels & Badges is an amazing app for adding eye-catching banners and labels to your products! I’ve been using it on my Shopify store for quite some time, and it has been absolutely seamless and easy to manage. What truly sets it apart is their outstanding customer support — always active, friendly, and quick to help with any issue. You can really feel that they care about their users and want to make everything perfect. If you’re looking to enhance your store’s look and highlight your products professionally, this app is a must-have!
An outstanding app that exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed that it's completely free, despite offering such robust functionality. The support team was exceptionally responsive and provided immediate assistance in tailoring the app to my specific requirements. Highly recommended!
We are extremely dissatisfied with the service. We uninstalled the app and deleted it but our prices are still hidden, which drastically reduces conversion. Customer support service is not responsive either...

In this case, it looks like there was another app that was also hiding pricing on your shop after you uninstalled our app. It's unfortunately common that Shopify has an issue with attributing which changes to which app and often it might seem like one app caused an issue when it was another app. If you'd like help on this you can write me directly michael-support@taloncommerce.com I'm not sure why you did not receive my replies as it sounds like. I looked and, sure enough, I do see my email to you in responses to this.
