I've had the app set up for a few months now and every time I chat for help, its quick and helpful. Today, I needed help confirming my settings as my sessions from a certain part of the world jumped up to an alarming level. Vincent was proactive with testing my settings and site protection, answered my questions and made a few recommendations. I appreciated the help. Thanks so much!

I had a bit of trouble uploading CSV files for manual review requests. I engaged Chat Support this morning and the help I received from Abderrahman was fabulous! While I am still getting used to the new UI, I know help is a click away. Thank you so much!
