The app is working fine, but the process for approving shipping labels is not satisfactory. I have already completed the agreement confirming that I will not send dangerous goods when making bookings. However, my shipments are still flagged for manual approval every time, and your back office team emails me asking me to “PLEASE EXPLAIN!” before approving the labels. I sell power tools without batteries (tool skins only), which do not contain batteries. This repeated manual verification is unnecessarily delaying my shipments and parcel pickups. I have already accepted the Terms of Service when making bookings, which is a legal agreement. I do not understand why this agreement is not sufficient and why every booking requires further manual verification.

ShipWith is the best app for my needs! It's quick, smart, easy to set up, and the customer support is excellent. I needed to hide Courier shipping options for P.O. Box addresses, and only show Australia Post Option, and this app handled it perfectly. I highly recommend ShipWith. I have 4 products that is oversized, which can not be delivered to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers. This app will block all products storewide, not supporting products tag or specific shipping profile for group of selected products only.
