Ally, I'm truly sorry. Your detailed support email from September 2 was caught by our spam filter and I only found it now, which is my failure, not yours. Your diagnosis was right: Portuguese addresses were being captured with the town inside the postal code, Shopify rejected them, and our server showed an error instead of keeping the address. A first fix went out the day after your email, and as of today a rejected address is never lost: it's flagged on the dashboard with the exact reason and a one-click fix. I've replied to you directly and would like to make this right.
