I was forewarned about the fact that my customers would have to log in (thanks to other Commentify users). So I'd already added that note in my templated note above the comment field. However, I had difficulty getting the comments field to work. Turns out Shopify has discontinued the template I use -- a discussion for another day. I was up against a deadline, and despaired. Commentify tech support came through for the win! I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, thank you!
