Great app and the help we got via the chat was excellent. The representatives communicated really clearly, took time to solve our issue, and were always super kind and friendly. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants a clean, nicely designed scheduling app with excellent customer service.
We have been using Easy Appointment Booking to manage our online nutritionist consultations and the app has been a great fit for our requirements. A special mention to Qalvin, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the setup process. Highly recommended!
Amazing support! I contacted the support team because one feature was broken for me, and they resolved the issue in just a couple of minutes. I'm really impressed! The app is easy to set up, and their helpful documentation and troubleshooting guides make everything easier.
I give Easy Appointment Booking a 5-star rating because it's a really well-thought-out application for booking regular appointments and managing the available resources and add-ons, etc. I hope that one day Easy Appointment Booking will add the ability to create more one-off events. Single calendar day event reservations or small series with a user experience as intuitive as booking a reservation would be so great for us. We've tried every calendar application on the app store and we have been so happy with Easy Appointment Booking.

Great app for managing appointments and packages We’ve found this app to be a great addition to our Shopify store. One of the features we particularly like is the package management, which makes it really easy to offer customers packages and keep track of their bookings and remaining sessions. It’s straightforward to use, works well with our booking process, and has made managing appointments much more efficient for us. The overall experience has been excellent, and we’d definitely recommend it to other businesses looking for a flexible appointment and package management solution.

Brilliant App! Very intuitive to use but in places where I've had a question the support team have been right there - answering in minutes. I'm not very techie and have integrated this into my Jewellery Workshop Website and taken bookings right away. I downloaded two different Apps before this that I just couldn't get my head around so highly recommend

Louie was excellent. I had an issue with the calendar and couldnt find the help in the help section. Connected quickly and fixed the issue that i was having. Gave me some insight as to what was causing the issue on my end. Bing Bang Boom Done. Recommended the app for sure.

Customer service is a 5+ stars!! Learning the app takes a bit because there is a lot of options which is great and customer service is able to help step you through the process. over all 4 stars because this is a great app, but the price is too high, and you are limited to how many 'services' you can offer so you have to get creative with your listings and give customers multiple choice per listing.

We've been using this app for now two years for events and table bookings for our distillery bar and it's been amazing. We are also always blown away by the nice support from the team whenever we need it. highly recommend it.

I prefer to review apps based on the customer service, and this one is indeed one of the best. They even come equipped with assistants that can fix CSS issues with their app without hassle. Our site will be launching with probably the most functional calendar system I've seen on the Shopify store.

This app helps create scheduled bookings and the support team is extremely supportive on enhancing the service to suit your business perfectly.
Great app for booking appointments, but a little difficult for one-time events/classes. Still had a very easy time using the app and it worked for our courses and classes!
Very helpful. AI on hand, but the real customer support is so helpful. App is easy to use and does exactly what I need.
