Treo · Auction Plus

Easy setup and integration with very responsive and helpful support from developers. They are open to feedback and suggestions, and have already added one of my requests to their priority list for future updates. Overall this app is much more intuitive, easy to use, and looks much better on the front end than other apps that we have tried.

Can't say enough great things about this platform. I had been using a different one for about a year and constantly ran into technical issues which prompted me to look for an alternative solution . Right off the bat, Auction Plus has given me everything I need to continue running my business and has saved me a ton of time with the various capabilities it offers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to other business owners!

Support was real quick to help me resolve issues with my theme template.

Very easy to use once setup and support has been exceptional! Keep up the good work!

Auction Plus is an excellent app for your store! It's super easy to use, and any issues are fixed by Brendan and the team very quickly. Their communication and knowledge is great and I can't recommend this app highly enough. Great job!

Really helped me boost my sales of original paintings

We can recommend Auction Plus with confidence. The app worked perfectly for our needs and the customer service was exceptional. It was a breeze to set up and didn't require any coding or special tweaks to Shopify. We couldn't be happier.

Used it for the first time. Very straightforward and integrated with my store just fine. Very happy with this app

very easy to use!

I like the simple design and the app support is superb, they responded as soon as possible when i raise my concern. One of the best auction app for your website.

Easily integrated with our site for a clean and easy look for our customers to work with. Highly recommend!

36 hours into getting this app set up, customized, and ready to go and I'm impressed with the level of flexibility, ease of use, and super prompt support from the team. Highly recommend.

Great experience, very helpful and responsive customer service!

We have had an amazing experience thus far. The support team has been extremely fast for any issues we have. I appreciate the hard work they have done to ensure our theme is fully functioning with their app as well. 10/10!!!!

great company easy to work with highly recommended

I tried several other auction apps for Shopify before finding Auction Plus. They were all missing a key feature that Auction Plus gets right - the ability to combine multiple auctions wins AND regular fixed price items into one normal shopping cart and order. The email notifications from Auction Plus have been quicker and more reliable than the other auction apps I tried, and customer support from Brendan has been great! I was looking for some small tweaks and he was able to do them or tell me how to do them, all with clear explanations and fast replies. I am really looking forward to building up the auction side of my business with Auction Plus.

Super helpful customer service - very quick to respond to any questions. User friendly app, and the best value Auction app around by a long way!! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about the customer service. I've been using the Tipo auction app for around 2 years, and they haven't made a single noticeable update or implemented any requests I've made, while Brendan was super responsive and helpful, and customized several things I requested. US Based support vs Vietnam based with a 12 hour difference is also invaluable. The app is also very thought out, and has a lot of time saving features for being around less than a year. I'm told they have a collection page bidding widget coming, which our customers really missed when we tried out Auction Plus. I can't wait till they have it ready so I can start using this app again.

We love this auction app. It has helped our business grow and we are putting up more and more auctions weekly. The customer service support is amazing too. They are always looking to help and improve the site with new upgrades. BTW our customers just love the app and can't wait for when we open and close the auctions. The feedback we get is that they are addicted to the auctions.

Just added Auction Plus and had a few issues with the outgoing auction site and the old configurations. Auction Plus were excellent - quick and efficient. Looking forward to working with them.

Brendan and team were super quick getting back to me. Best auction app I've used so far!

Good so far, it provides the basic functionalities with no extra cost. Customer service is super helpful.

So far so good. Install process went smooth and painless. I was able to set up an future auction and had a question. Their Chat Support was on the ball and answered my question in about 30 seconds after contact. I will update my review after completing a couple of auctions next month but so far the ease of setup, ease of use, and the super fast support response are great signs. Thanks! EDIT: I have completed a couple of auctions and they went flawlessly.
