We’ve tried quite a few apps with similar features before, but honestly, AOV is the first one that truly feels like the right fit for our store. Before discovering AOV, we had used several other apps that offered similar functionality. Unfortunately, none of them were able to fully meet our needs. The biggest issue wasn’t always the functionality itself, but the lack of support when we needed help. When we encountered problems, responses were often slow, and there was no real-time online support, which made it difficult and frustrating to get issues resolved quickly. The functionality works well, you can customize the offers to your liking even with the free plan. I had a few tweaks to make and the dev team had them changed within 2 minutes! She made sure the campaign was working correctly and even unlocked a bonus feature for me as a little extra. The app itself is very intuitive and effective — a great tool for boosting sales without any complexity. I especially recommend it for beginners who, like me, are not native English speakers: the translations are automatic, you just need to set your language and everything is ready to go.
