Was once a good program, now nothing works until we notify them and then they may fix it soon, not always. No integration with POS even on the $199USD plan. Support says "Send me screenshots", then i have to ask online customers from across the world to re-create the issue. So much friction.

Customization is challenging and stuck within limitations.
