We’ve been using Bitrecs and the recommendations feel genuinely relevant. Customers are engaging with the suggestions more, and we’re seeing a solid lift in AOV. Setup was quick and the widgets fit our store cleanly. The reasoning behind some of the picks is a nice touch that builds extra trust. Support has been responsive too. Overall it’s been a strong addition for improving product discovery and average order value. Happy with it so far.
