Professional and genuinely helpful team. They take good care of their customers, respond quickly and help us find solutions that fit our business. Very happy with the service so far.
Switching to BS Dropshipping has been a game changer for our store. Order processing is lightning fast, tracking updates sync smoothly, and our delivery times to tier 1 countries dropped noticeably. Our customers are happy, chargebacks are down and daily operations have never been easier to manage. Highly recommended for any e-commerce brand looking to scale reliably. Thanks for the whole BS Team!

Great experience so far. I'm building a fitness brand from scratch and Lin has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process – fast responses, clear answers, and real attention to detail. The branding and customization options are exactly what I needed to create a professional product. Highly recommend for anyone serious about building a real brand, not just selling generic products.
Professionisti rari, straconsigliati!

Great app! Easy to use, fast sourcing, and the team is always helpful. Highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable dropshipping partner trying to scale.
Really impressed with the support and product range I've been using BSDropshipping to source and fulfil products for my skincare brand NutriNature™, and the experience has been great. The team on WhatsApp responds quickly, product quality is good, and the platform is easy to navigate. The white label and branding options are a huge bonus for building a proper brand. Recommended for anyone serious about dropshipping with a branded feel.
I’ve been using BSDropshipping for a while now and it’s been a really smooth experience. The platform is easy to navigate, product sourcing is fast, and order fulfillment is reliable. I especially like how it simplifies the whole dropshipping process, saving me a lot of time. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance. Overall, it’s a solid tool for anyone looking to scale their dropshipping business efficiently.
I really love BS DropShipping, because as a beginner in e-commerce, I can do packaging without MOQ
Great service for branded products and quite fast shipping. Not very intuitive in every aspect or personalized support, but it all works out in the end
I’ve been working with BSDropshipping for a while now and currently have two stores running with them – and I couldn’t be happier! Their team is absolutely amazing – they respond to my inquiries super fast and always go above and beyond to help with anything I need. Their platform is easy to use, the product quality has been great, and they make the whole dropshipping process smooth and stress-free. They truly care about their clients’ success and it shows in the way they handle every little detail. If you’re looking for a reliable dropshipping partner that actually supports you, BSDropshipping is the way to go!”
Poor customer service - lead to many refunds & chargebacks
I am new to using BSDropshipping and i must say i'm really impressed with the teams response time, it's quicker than my own! Not only this, but they have provided me with such good prices so my margins have been able to increase which is amazing. I really recommend!
Terrible support and communication. They source products but when you get orders they are suddenly out of stock or need MOQ. Shipping is long. They tell you everything after they source the product not before. Its crazy
I've recently started using BSDropshipping, and as expected in the first few days, I had a lot of questions. What impressed me the most is that I was never left without a quick and helpful response. They usually reply on WhatsApp within just a couple of hours — something I really appreciated — and they also respond to emails in a very timely manner. Every reply was clear and constructive, and I always found the solutions I needed. They're also very flexible when it comes to customer needs, and their attitude is truly motivating. I feel genuinely supported by their team, and I’m excited to move forward with a solid and long-term collaboration. Thank you, BSDropshipping!
Consigliatissimo!
The best thing about this app is the support. Once you send them a product to source, they find you best best price within 24 hours. I'm also impressed with how fast they respond to my messages. I wish i had known about this service years ago. Its a must-have.
I heard about BS from a YouTuber who visited their office in China. I was hooked and decided to try them out. I gotta say so far, it is the best fulfillment app. Prices are updated and tailored to your business. They ship out orders fast, and the quality control is amazing. I have fulfilled several orders through them, and my returns have decreased. I used Zendrop before them, and as much as their customer service was amazing, I processed a lot of returns because of quality control, which is why I needed to use their customer service lol. The branding feature without MOQ is the best part. Most fulfillment partners require an MOQ to brand your product, but with BS, they do it for about $0.10, almost next to nothing. The only thing is that they take hours to respond to messages, but you hit a certain threshold with them, you get a dedicated agent that you can message on WhatsApp. Verdict: It's a great platform if you're looking to grow your brand and scale your business. It's beginner-friendly.
I love this app, one of the best suppliers ive worked with! Great shipping times, great prices and amazing service!
I have had a fantastic experience with Bsdropshipping! Their service is incredibly efficient and the team is always available to help with any questions or concerns. This app works perfectly together with Shopify. BSdropshipping have a good range of products and the staff are nice and helpful.
BSDropshipping is my go-to app for Product Sourcing & Fulfillment. the app is easy to use through its simple and effective design. the sourcing is also very easy and within a few days you'll be able to integrate your product into your online-shop. the team of BSDropshipping is also very kind. They reply quickly and always try to find a suitable solution for your specific problem. I do not use any other fullfillment service anymore. thanks for your service guys!
BS Dropshipping is a very good and reliable partner. I have always received a quick answer to my questions. The Shopify app is easy to use once you get to grips with it. The team takes a lot of work off your hands and deals with any queries immediately. It's always nice to see that you can communicate easily and quickly on an international level. I can only recommend it.
BSD is a great App. Especially the custom sourcing feature which allows you to source for any product in the china market from a centralized place rather than having to deal with multiple suppliers on Aliexpress you have one central place to manage all this. The to top it off it seamlessly integrates to my shopify store so i can fulfil orders automatically. I love this App.
BS Dropshipping has been an incredible partner in getting my business started. Their support team is fast, efficient, and always ready to help. They’ve made the entire dropshipping process smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to focus on my business. Highly recommend their services.

I have recommended BSDropshipping to many people now. The obvious benefits are no china tracking, product branding with a MOQ and fast shipping. They also have very efficient troubleshooting and have proven themselves to be very trustworthy. The services BSDropshipping provide are game changing!
